Product must be in original condition and will be subject to shipper's inspection. Product less than 5' will not be accepted for return.

Product will be refunded by the original payment method. Refunds on American Express are subject to a $2.00 fee unless the refund is due to an error by Peacock Lumber.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: Due to the volatile market of building materials, construction products including dimensional lumber, pressure treated lumber and sheet goods will be refunded at the lesser of the current retail price or original paid price. We recommend that you do not "overbuy" on quantities of these products so returns will not be required.

Product returned without original sales receipt

Product returned without an original receipt is not entitled to a refund. In some cases, subject to staff discretion, a store credit may be issued.

Custom orders

No refunds on special orders, clearance and discontinued products (including mill orders)

RESTOCKING CHARGE - 5% Service Charge on Materials Returned.
Rough lumber is subject to a 10% restocking charge.
